I live in Dubai. For the 40th wedding anniversary of my parents, I was very keen to surprise them early morning by gifting them a Zen Estilo car.

I was in India for a week to celebrate this occasion with my parents and I was pleasantly surprised to see how helpful, positive and customer oriented your people connected with this program were. The whole staff was so helpful. They made sure that, despite the short notice, I got the car of my choice, on the required day and time.

The concept of customer service in India is changing and Maruti seems to be leading this change in the automobile related space.

"Dil Se" Gift-a-Car NRI Programme lived up to its promise. The SWIFT was delivered on my sister's 50th birthday. What’s more, to complete the surprise, it was delivered "gift wrapped" at the residence.

I just want to thank you for this beautiful program for NRIs. I had ordered a red Maruti 800 car for my wife and kids from Dubai. The car was delivered fully decorated on 23rd March 2007 as requested. The most touching thing about the delivery of the car was that the minutest details were explained by the customer care and also the sweets and Puja items they brought along for the auspicious occasion.

I was in Baroda for a week and I had actually gone to Baroda to drop my wife and kids who were shifting from Dubai. Let me tell you I have been to a lot of car showrooms in Abu Dhabi and Dubai but they are no where compared to the customer care and service provided to us by MSIL.
