You can avail an Auto Loan from the Bank of your choice.Following are some of the steps to be taken, while applying for a loan.

1. Generate a quotation on our site by clicking on GIFT A CAR NOW on the main page of this site. Validity of Quotation is for a period of 15 days only, after which the quotation stands expired.
2. Take a print out of the quotation thus generated.
3. Approach/Call the Bank and ask them about the essential documents required by them for your loan processing.
4. As and when the Bank approves your Car Loan, follow the below mentioned instructions :-
   • Kindly ask your bank to disburse the loan amount in favor of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd and send the Cheque/DD to the following address:-

1. You can pay Margin/Balance amount via Cheque/DD from your NRE/NRO account in favor of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Credit Card Transaction or Money Transfer

• We get your vehicle “Gift Wrapped” and home delivered, absolutely free of cost. This facility is available for special and auspicious occasions as well.
• Your order is treated on priority. You get the delivery of the vehicle on a priority basis meaning that the waiting period (3-4 months in case of popular models) gets considerably shortened to a month or even less.
• The Delivery Dealer (Maruti Authorised) also provides assistance in completing the registration formalities.

The After Sales Service package available under Maruti Suzuki Dil Se NRI Programme:

• Free pick up and drop service for two years. This service is provided in accordance with the dealer’s vehicle servicing schedule.
• A back up vehicle is also provided in case of a service delay beyond 48 hours of the stipulated time.

This is a special service provided by Maruti Suzuki exclusively to our NRI customers. By opting for this, you avail Maruti’s expert vehicle maintenance services for the contract period.

The maintenance services offered are:

• Vehicle Servicing
• Replacement of worn-out parts

The charges for vehicle maintenance services for a 4-year /60,000 km contract are:

Alto – Rs. 1000/- per month (approximately US$ 22)

• An integral part of Maruti Suzuki’s ‘Dil Se’ offer is the chauffeur service. Maruti will arrange for well trained, qualified and smartly uniformed chauffeurs for your Nominee.
• The chauffeur charges are based on the location and duty hours. Charges start from Rs. 8000 per month (approx US$ 175)

• The Maruti Suzuki ‘Dil Se’ offer’s advantage can be further enhanced by opting for any or all of the value added services. They ensure a hassle free ownership experience.
• The services under the ‘Add-ons’ will be offered directly to your nominee. The requisite formalities and the necessary payments will also be collected directly from your Nominee.

Maruti Suzuki offers ‘Insurance Services’ under its brand – Maruti Insurance. The service includes renewal of policies, post issuance services and claims support.

The maruti dealer will renew the vehicle insurance after receiving payment from your Nominee.
